Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data HeyBC collects, why, and how it is protected. HeyBC is a B2B tool — we do not sell your data and we do not use your data to train AI models.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

Duveka GmbH is the data controller for HeyBC.

If you are an employee using HeyBC through your employer's subscription, your employer is the data controller for your Business Central data; Duveka GmbH acts as a data processor in that context.

No transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to promptly notifying affected users in the event of a breach that affects their personal data.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete individual conversations at any time within the App. Deletion removes all associated messages from our database immediately.

If you wish to request complete deletion of all data associated with your account, contact us at info@duveka.de with your Microsoft tenant ID and user OID. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, you have the following rights under GDPR:

11. Children's Privacy

HeyBC is a B2B service intended for adults (18+) acting in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Your data may be processed in countries outside the EEA (including the United States, where cloud infrastructure providers may operate). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
